Lesson learnt

Protection is essential I learned when opening yourself to spirits & indeed physical beings .

The worst thing that I did after grandma died is hoped to speak to her by using a glass and letters ,I would never ever do that again!!

Of course the individual that attached themselves to me ,clearly was not nice & tried to use me as a vessel , I was aware the whole way through ,but had no control over my physical body.

My family and husband where powerless to stop it , but bore witness to the events .

I contacted a clairvoyant to help.

From then I shut my gifts down , if my right hand started to move involuntarily then I would not allow it to continue ,wise words from my son were,mum you in control !!!

I remained an empath ,but would not explore my gifts any further , due to that terrifying experience! If you gleen nothing else from my post ,take it seriously !! Do Not Ever use a board ,I should have listened to my English teacher 🫣.
